Was definitely a reliable vehicle to get around! Only removing a star for this host’s car seat situation! If you’re renting the car seat add-on, note that they didn’t provide the exact car seats that were initially advertised (which I guess is fine as long as it is the same type of seat, but it meant that the links provided for car seat manuals were not accurate). Only 1/3 of our seats was one we requested. Secondly, the car seats were installed in the car, which was lovely convenience-wise; however, only one of the three car seats we used was installed properly, as there was more than an inch of movement at the belt bath on the other two. Make sure to double-check the install!

For liability and safety reasons, our standard practice is not to install car seats; when placement is requested, it is done only after communicating with the guest and receiving consent. Regardless, we always encourage guests to personally verify and adjust any car seat before use to ensure it is properly secured for their child. We’ll also work to keep our seat options and manuals clearer and more consistent.
The pick up location was fine. It is far from the airport but they do have a shuttle. The cars breaks have something wrong with it and after reading the reviews I was not the only one. The car also had issues and left me stranded in a parking lot. I would not rent this. Host seems nice but not a great experience for me. Maybe bad luck I don’t know.

We understand the concern and continue to monitor them. Regarding being stranded, the vehicle’s battery became discharged during the trip, which was unfortunate. We appreciate your feedback and take all safety concerns seriously.
