Car appearance is great. That’s about where everything stops. If you don’t want to smell smoke, smell like smoke, or expose your family to smoke, don’t rent. I advised Christen that I smelled smoke at pick up. His immediate reaction was the person before me smoked in the car. He told how he knew…but 2 days later when I picked up the car it still reeked. He advised me to stop at a store and pick up a black ice tree freshener. Terrible advice to someone who picks up a car expecting smooth experience. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a backup plan in time so my family and I had to endure. I never leave bad reviews…show respect and I give respect. I asked for a $75 credit he told me no. I would have accepted any alternative consideration but he told me take it or leave it. Not good business.
Additionally, he provided the wrong access code making my return late. Let’s see if he charges me…or takes the upper road here and make me fight to be charged accurately. Take this as a warning!
sir the building you came to, it’s the same complex you was just at the wrong building. And we spoke on the phone about the smell. I didn’t smell anything but I knew someone was smoking because I seen ashes. And I didn’t mind telling you that because I pride myself on keeping my car clean and smelling good. You are just upset that i didn’t give you $75 back for no reason at all. On top of that sir you had someone in my back seat smoking because it’s a very small burn mark on the back door.
