It was my first time using this app and I was pleasantly surprised. As a suggestion I would say providing more details about how the lockbox works would help in the pickup process. The way I read the directions it made it seem that once you took all the pics the code would become available. I know it took me 10 minutes reading over everything before I contacted host and got the approval code. I definitely recommend future trips

I went very well for my first time in Turo. I was unsure what to expect but everything went out smoothly. Car wasnt clean but I also book it last minute and the administrator was very upfront to me about this. I would book again out of convenience.

Terrible, car is not as advertised
I You claimed that the vehicle had issues just to get a refund—you lied. I do not recommend that anyone rent from this person.
I have been renting out this vehicle for over three years, and you are the first person to pull a stunt like this. I have uploaded all the evidence, and I hope you get penalized.
