The car was nice & clean when I picked it up. It drives well & my family was comfy during our road trip. There were even phone chargers provided in the glove compartment! The host also provided detailed pickup instructions & was responsive when I had a question. The only issue I had was with the pickup area. Once I arrived to pickup the rental, I had to wait awhile in the heat for an available shuttle to drive me to where the car was parked in the lot. When I returned the car, there was not an available shuttle, so I had to walk all the way to the front of the lot.
