To start, The car was not in the location given. I drove around for 15 minutes before I called to get help with the vehicle. When he let me know that it was at the airport, I expressed that looking for a vehicle at the airport was an inconvenience. But I headed to airport.
He sent the wrong location again. "Q4" there was no q4. When I called him. He kept sending me to voicemail and told me to text because I was aggressive.
An hour and 60 dollars later I was finally able to leave out the garage with the vehicle. The car was a great ride. But the professionalism was not there at all.
