Host was not communicative. I had to end the trip early due to an emergency, and it took him 2 days to get back to me.

Turo policy encourages guests to contact both the host and Turo Support immediately when they plan to shortened their trips due to emergencies so the issues can be addressed accordingly. My response was delayed because I was also dealing with a family emergency at the time that left me out of town. I responded as soon as I was able.
