I personally accommodated your request and did not charge a delivery fee. The airport’s layout are outside of my control and the confusion mentioned in your review was related to the airport location itself rather than the vehicle or the service provided. Noel was great! The communication was tremendous. From my flight delay they worked with me to still get me the vehicle. The car was clean and ran very well . Will def rent again
