The car has activated the speed limit mode, which makes the car limited to 80mph, which is enough, but in case you need to pass something on the highway forget it, and get used to see everyone passing you because when you activate self driving it wont drive even over 70mph because of this. Also thats not the real problem, the problem is that when speed limit mode is enabled the cars enters chill acceleration automatically, which means it becomes one of the slowest acceleration cars you can drive!!!! So again, if you are in a situation where you need the car to be responsive forget it, you will crash... I wrote politely to Edwin and asked him to remove this, and his response was georgia has speed laws, which has absolutely nothing to do with the acceleration and responsiveness of the car!!!! Which is basically why I rented a tesla, so the trip was useless. And just for finishing, the car was rented to be picked up on the airport, and when I arrived surprise!! The parking spot is miles away from the airport!! When I left it back, I had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up to go to the international terminal, and this is because I called and asked to please pick me ASAP!!! And the worst is that ALL of these things are NOT disclosed when you rent the car!!!! So basically to be honest I feel angry and robbed, definitely Im asking turo to check this and my bank too because of course Im looking for a refund

This review is misleading and does not reflect the vehicle or trip. The brand-new 2026 Model Y was fully functional. The guest repeatedly asked me to remove the 85 mph speed cap, but I declined to do for safety. There was no mechanical issue or safety defect, and claims that the vehicle would cause a crash are false. It’s a brand new car! The guest completed the trip successfully. I welcome honest feedback, but I will always prioritize safety over a guest’s desire to drive faster.
The Tesla is practically brand new condition and very clean. We appreciated Edwin communication and will be renting again when in Atlanta again. Thanks
