Everything was fantastic and Chris was extremely responsive and helpful. There was damage to the car prior to me receiving it, both inside and out. It seems like most of it is wear and tear, but could be disclosed better before hand. Otherwise very good experience.

Overall, a good experience! The Model Y was clean and FSD was a lifesaver for our long trip. The car could use a little maintenance—the steering wheel is peeling, the rearview mirror is loose and wobbles while driving, and the low windshield washer fluid alert was already on at pickup. None of these issues significantly impacted our experience.
