They offer amazing services, and the communication is superb. One of the best host I have rented from in awhile. All their cars are super new, and they take care of you when hosting you. I will be back in October, and once more before December and will be utilizing this company!

We liked the car, we have the same model.
Overall, bad communication, instructions were sent last minute. Worst of all, it appeared that our location was continuously monitored (the phone icon was constantly on the screen). When confronted the owner, he mentioned they only do occasionally location checks, and said to return the car if uncomfortable. So I’m not sure if they have a software that continuously tracks the car. We did not want to go through the hassle of returning the car and booking another one same day. But given all the Tesla’s tracking capabilities and the inside camera through the app, it made us very uncomfortable.

thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry my communication came across that way. My intention was only to explain the vehicles built-in. GPS features used for legitimate business and safety purposes. When I mentioned returning the vehicle if you felt uncomfortable, it was simply to ensure you had a choice I’m glad there were no concerns with the vehicle itself, and I remain committed to providing every guest with a safe reliable and professional rental experience. thanks again for your feedback.

Car was in perfect condition and very clean. First time driving a Tesla, first time with Turo and it was very nice indeed. Would definitely rent again! host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Only thing I would add is that if you’re landing at ATL international terminal, you’ll need to shuttle to the domestic terminal to get on the shuttle to where the vehicle is located.
