Unfortunately, I would never recommend this guest to any host, he Ruin my Tesla and completely denied for all incidents which he did. If you want to smashed your car then accept this guest. Very unprofessional, dishonest guest I ever met. He deleted all my data from my Tesla USB as well as, very disappointed with this guest.

The car was clean, which I appreciate—but that’s honestly the only positive.
The air freshener was extremely overpowering to the point it made the drive uncomfortable. The pickup instructions were unclear and frustrating.
The biggest issue: this is NOT an airport pickup. The car is located in a parking lot miles away, and you have to take a shuttle that waits on multiple passengers. That adds significant time—plan for at least an extra hour leaving the airport and another hour when returning for your flight.
On top of that, finding the shuttle at the airport is a hassle. The directions are not clear at all, and with the construction, it’s in a weird, hard-to-find location.
If you’re expecting convenience, this is not it. I would not book again.

This parking is 5 min away from airport which we provide guest with free shuttle and shuttle drive take care of your luggage and drop you exact location of the car, we have share you the directions on your message and on Turo app as well and I am not saying anything suppose to you have to add additional driver.
