The host was nice and responded promptly. I Really enjoyed the car. It was clean, ride smooth, no issues at all. I will rent again!!

We regularly replace cabin air filters and perform ozone treatments, but unfortunately smoke odors from previous renters can sometimes linger despite our efforts. It’s an unfortunate issue in the rental industry, especially when no-smoking policies are not enforced with stronger penalties. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
