It was not at 60 percent which you guys stated it should be on, I submitted a photo, it was on 51

Car has a noticeable dent at the bumper. It appears that someone backed into something. The car had not been cleaned. Car was dirty inside and out. They stated that their car wash was down. They stated the dent must've happened with the previous renters and they didn't notice. They couldn't accommodate me with another car. They did offer to not charge me for charging of the vehicle... but we still charged it upon return. Pick up was easy and smooth.

We've since rebuilt our pre-trip detail and exterior walkaround so the next driver picks up a car that's spotless inside and out, and we've added a backup wash partner for days our usual spot is down. Your notes helped us tighten the playbook.
