Ari was so cool, and the car was amazing! When we got there, they showed us how to use the car and how to make sure we didn’t get stuck. They also let us know how to reach them whenever there was a problem. Everyone was so nice and the trip was so smooth, I will definitely using them again! If you have any questions, don’t worry, Ari’s got you.

Before my trip Ari was very responsive. However, upon arrival to the location to pick up the car I attempted to contact her to no avail. After 45 minutes and a call to Customer service, Ari responds and gets me into the vehicle. She was very accommodating and helped me understand how to operate the vehicle. The Tesla was very nice and I enjoyed driving it while in Atlanta.

Beautiful car with advanced technology! Ari, our host, was fabulous! She maintained consistent and open communication with us our entire trip. She took the time to show me how to operate the car bc i had never driven a Tesla before. Athough the previous renter was late with the return, Ari kept us updated and even gave us a complimentary supercharge! She went above and beyond to accommodate our trip. Definitely recommend!
