Worst experience I've had on Turo in the two years I've been on here. Rented a Porsche and the service was absolute trash.
The battery in the key fob went out, and then they just told me to go purchase a new battery for them. I was locked out of the car because of the key fob situation, and there was no offer for a discount or anything.
To pour salt in the wounds, I filled the car's gas tank up, and now they're trying to charge me a $19 fee because they're telling me I didn't top off the car.
This was by far the crappiest experience. Will definitely not recommend this car ever.

We also reviewed the fuel level through Turo’s process. After the trip, the key fob and vehicle were inspected and serviced as needed. Guest safety, convenience, and clear communication are very important to us.
