Most importantly, the car was great. Very clean and in great shape. Exactly as listed, so car-wise, great.
Couple things that stuck out though. I refilled the gas tank about 20 minutes away from drop off and got charged for the small amount of gas that was missing and an additional charge for them filling up. All other Turo I’ve done haven’t seemed to have an issue if it was just under full tank but I guess lesson learned to make sure to get gas across the street.
Also, your pick up/drop off for the car are at an offsite parking place, not actually at the airport. So a shuttle is needed. Not a huge deal but more time consuming and the people running the off site lot (not associated with the Turo hosts) left a big group of us for a while waiting for shuttle to get to the airport. So just awareness that it isn’t as convenient as other turos parked at the airport and to factor in the extra time both ways
