My initial impression dealing with this company was enjoyable. Communication was timely and I was able to pick up the car sooner than planned. However communication completely broke down right before my return. Due to a family emergency, I needed to drop the car off about 10 hours early. I requested to modify my trip which would’ve resulted in a $99 refund. Shockingly I never received a response from any of the co-host for over 13hrs, however they kept sending automated messages offering to extend my trip etc. Extremely disappointed with this company ghosting me just so they didn’t have to refund me for the extra day.
