Car had really strong smoke smell that stuck to my clothes , and a thing I left in the car. The heat didn’t make it any better. The pickup and drop off was easy and smooth the host gives very clear directions to get to car. Unfortunately most messages are automated so you don’t really ever speak to them directly unless you use their personal phone number which I personally am not comfortable with unless it’s an emergency. Great service just not personable.
