Car was great driving but not enough space on third row for sitting. Radio volume could only be controlled accurately from the steering wheel.
We understand your concern. For future rentals, it’s important to carefully review the vehicle details before booking, as photos and descriptions are provided to help choose the right fit. This is a mid-size SUV, so third-row space is more limited. If you need more room, a full-size SUV would be a better option.

Car quality was good but steering wheel buttons were broke as well as volume button on radio wasn’t working correctly. Door felt as if it was going to detach when closing from inside. Had a peculiar odor and had to pickup directly from baggage claim area which was a little inconvenient.
?Is this a retaliatory review? We’re honestly not sure what you’re referring to. The vehicle is maintained in excellent condition no issues with the door or controls, and it is always cleaned and sanitized before delivery.
If there were really problems, why request an extension instead of returning the car? The extension wasn’t possible only because it was already booked for another trip.
Also, you requested airport delivery where else were we supposed to meet you? This claim doesn’t make sense.
