Shawn was helpful and great host. Vehicle was groped and clean. Thought I was in labor and he was very concerned and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

When I picked car up it was filthy with dust and pollen, someone wrote on the car was me! It was not clean on the inside either! I drove it on the streets the way home because I was out shopping for a Funeral! When I left to go on the road the car violently had a wobble at 70-80 miles or hour! I went to the nearest truck stop who had a tire shop! They said that the tread on the rear tire was very low and basically bald. I message the owner and he basically made it seem like I damaged the tire in some way! Then when I asked him about the dirty car. He told me to wash it and he would reimburse me $15 . Then he told me I could return the car after I told him I was 2 hrs out! Nice car even though it’s a 2022! But I think Maintenance is done on an as needed basis. I was worried the whole ride. Probably won’t rent again!
Unfortunately, the experience on both parts wasn’t as pleasant per my other interactions. It appeared guest was trying to get some type of trip refund. I asked this guest to provide photos of her tire concerns but none was ever produced that could have if she truly stopped at a rest stop but she continued the trip without incident. I informed guest that vehicle was a late return so exterior of vehicle I would credit her the car wash and guest wrote on car however, inside of car was very clean.
