Keiona was an outstanding guest! She took excellent care of the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, returned it in great condition, and made the entire rental experience smooth and pleasant. Communication was great, and we truly appreciate her choosing us. We would gladly welcome her back anytime and highly recommend her to other hosts!

Fantastic guest! Very professional, responsive, and respectful of the vehicle. Returned it in great condition. I’d be happy to host them again anytime.
Where to start well for starters it took an hour to get into the vehicle which delayed my plans once everything was done it was okay during my trip a tire blew out and the car went dead so I was stuck for an hour and spent a 100 dollars getting the tire changed because the jack wasn't big enough to lift the car up roadside assistance tried using it then needed a jump with the vehicle saying regular maintenance service soon I would say this by far one of these worst cars I've rented on turo so far but the host was okay he allowed me to bring the car back later than expected cause of the issue of getting into the car but I'm out a 100 dollars so yeah.....

I’m sorry you experienced these issues. The delayed pickup was due to difficulty opening the lockbox, not the vehicle. Unfortunately, blown tires can happen from road debris and other road hazards beyond a host’s control. The jack is the OEM jack supplied with the vehicle. As for the battery, it is currently functioning properly, so I’m unsure why a jump was needed. I’m glad I was able to accommodate a later return due to the delay.

Some guests violate the no-smoking policy, and unfortunately, there isn’t much I can do without physical evidence. I’m not allowed to charge guests for smoking violations unless I can provide proof. As a result, complaints may continue to increase because I have limited ability to hold guests accountable for smoking in the vehicle.
