I give this experience a 4 and here is my honest review. Let’s start with communication. I rate the communication a 10/10 she responds quick and answered all my questions in a reasonable time and super sweet. It was easy to access. But the only reason I don’t give this car 5 stars is because I had a flat tire issue and spent my morning and afternoon dealing with the car but she did come get the car immediately and took care of the tire. I do recommend a thorough maintenance check before letting a guest drive the car because this could had been a big safety hazard. But other than that I do recommend this ride and I will definitely be back and it’s really because of the customer service.
