The car shakes when you go over 60 miles. The brakes were very loose and the dashboard kept saying that the car needed new brake pads. The host was not the most friendly. I booked the car for 2 weeks and I was late for the pickup because I didn’t want to drive since the new medication I take made me drowsy. I asked the host if there would be a lockbox or if he needed to meet me to retrieve the keys and he assumed that I was sending someone else to pick the car up which was very insulting. I understand Turos rules since I book a car very often. Then for drop off I let them know that I was stopping to get gas in the car and I was going to fill the gas tank up even though when I retrieved the car it was only half way filled, he decided to tell me how the return was going to be considered late which I knew that already. All in all I couldn’t wait to return this car and I wish I could’ve gotten a refund to return it earlier.

The car was excellent other than the front passenger tire was very bald, but the car drove very well very clean and the host was gracious

The check brake pad light is on and the breaks failed on me once. As well the tires are making a grinding sound. It was really loud on the last two days of usage. For safety reasons car should be repaired. Its better to be safe than sorry.

The brakes on the vehicle are less than a month old so I don’t understand how the brakes failed on you. I told you at the start of your trip that I needed to have the sensor changed so that the check brake pad light would go off and you wanted to keep the trip. If the brakes failed was there a crash or something? You kept the vehicle for over a month with no complaints. Make your review make sense.
