I’m a very loyal customer. I exclusively rented from them ONLY several times a year. Even though I could get newer cars in better condition I still felt loyal to them. I go from point A to point B. This vehicle has lots of dents & and duct tape on the sunroof where you can see water damage. Once I had to spend over $30 to buy antifreeze and water in one of their cars before I made it home because it kept running hot. Then they charged me over $30 after all of that. I got an additional $96.06 charge to my credit card when they know that charge is completely ridiculous. Smh. When you’re trying to be a loyal customer and pay whatever requested, no good deed goes unpunished.

Mary on 26th march, you rented my car for 3 days, and exceeded the 600 miles with 52 miles. I didn’t charge you. May 21st you rented this same Benz for 3 days and exceeded the miles limit with 76 miles. I still didn’t charge you. Now you decided to rent it for 2 days and exceeded the approved miles with 298 miles and expect me not to charge you? So your bad review was a punishment for charging you extra miles ? You made up lies .are you supposed to pour antifreeze in my car without my knowledge?
I really enjoyed the host the pickup and drop off experience with very easy and simple they were very gracious with the whole trip the car was a breeze put my daughter right to sleep it's a very good family car will be renting again soon
