It was easy to locate. The host was ok. The quality of car was not good. I had to immediately take it to the carwash and clean the inside of it because it was filthy with dog hair all over the seats and floors. Snout from the dogs nose was all over the windows and the car smelt very bad. Two insects came out of the vents. The check engine light came on along with another light. I needed the car for business but if I had more time to spare, I would have definitely tried to get another vehicle but it was too last minute. I have never had a bad Turo until now.

Fantastic car, very elevated experience with heated seats, Bluetooth, etc. Host responsive and accommodating. Whenever this car is available, it’ll be my first pick with Turo.
