Great car. Clean and drove nicely. Hosts communicated very well and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I was a little apprehensive about having to wait until I actually got to the car and took a picture before receiving the lockbox code since I’ve always been given the code with the car location up front. However, once I sent the picture the host sent the code within seconds so it was fine. No wait time. Overall this was a good experience. I would recommend.

Overall good experience. The Customer Service was good. Host was polite and considerate. The check-in was a little rocky. I had to call and get the location of the vehicle and the directions on how to retrieve it. Also was asked to take photos of myself 3 times for "insurance purposes".
