I would not recommend renting from this host. The tire went flat during my trip, and I have evidence that the tire had already been punctured and repaired previously. The tire also had very low tread, which was concerning. The issue wasted a significant amount of my time, made me late to several places, and cost me $50 out of pocket.
I followed the host’s instructions and handled the situation myself. He specifically told me in writing, “Keep the receipt and I’ll reimburse you.” After I did everything he asked and provided the receipt, he changed his position and offered only $20.
I found the way this was handled dishonest and unprofessional. I have photos, receipts, and messages documenting everything. I strongly recommend checking the tires carefully and documenting the vehicle’s condition before renting from this host. I would not rent from him again.

This guest had a tire punctured by a screw during the trip. Although the repair was his responsibility, we offered to help with part of the cost as a courtesy. He declined and threatened us with a negative review. He also changed the return arrangements last minute, causing additional parking expenses. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this guest.
Fantastic host, the Range Rover was clean, and very nice. I will definitely book with them again. Thanks for the positive energy and professional communication.
