Terrible experience. Literally commuted 15min from exit of the airport, shuttle to parking lot, get to the car, take all the picture and tire pressure on 3 of the 4 tires are below the recommended 33 PSI with one tire low with warning.
The resolution was to cancel my reservation and for Turo to find me a new car and figure out where to get my car.

We’re sorry this impacted your experience. All vehicles are thoroughly prepped before each trip; however, tire pressure can change unexpectedly, even after a vehicle is fully prepped. At the time, our other vehicles were actively rented and unavailable for a replacement. We immediately supported the cancellation and arranged for our team to retrieve the vehicle so you could conveniently use the airport shuttle. We take maintenance seriously and appreciate your feedback.
