Car was great, pickup location was more complicated than expected. Listing states that car is at the airport, it's actually in offsite parking. It's fine with me that it's offsite, but I'd prefer to know ahead of time! Even when returning the car, I was given the incorrect airport address, then followed up with the same offsite parking. Adds some unnecessary stress to an already stressful morning.
Our listing and trip instructions clearly state that airport delivery is facilitated through our nearby parking partner, which is accessed via a complimentary shuttle ride of approximately three minutes from the terminal. The incorrect return address was an isolated error and has since been corrected. We appreciate your comments regarding the quality of the vehicle and are committed to making the pickup and return experience as seamless as possible.

The. Car was perfect the only downside was that we were given the wrong/ not clear information for parking we rode around for over 2 hours when we were literally 10 mins from the airport
