This was my first time using Turo and it was a great experience. The car and host were fantastic. Kia Soul, the vehicle I never knew I liked. Highly recommend!

Great and Affordable Car!!

The host was amazing and communicated well. The only problems we had were with the pick up and when we had family in the back of the car. The pick up is a quick ride to a parking lot with the company “The Parking Spot”. The directions the host gave us were direct but we had a late pick up so the ATL airport moved everything around. The host was responsive and we were able to get on the bus to take us to the car but it was a longer process than originally thought. The other issue was when we had family in the back seat. When we had three people in the back seat you have to be careful not to hit any bumps on the roads. When bumps were hit the back tires scrubbed against the fender but with no people in the back seat this was not a problem. All in all we had a nice safe trip!
