It was smooth it was just when I got the car the gas tank was on half instead of full but outside of that it was fine

I rented the car for for $163 the car broke down on me in the parking lot on the 2nd day @ 10am. Toro was not able to book me a new rental until the owner picked up the car. The owner didn’t pick it up until the next day which is today . You would think that if you had the car for only 1/2 the trip time you would receive half of the reimbursement for the car which is 81.50. I received $20. Toro told me that being that the pick up was delayed by the owner. I cannot receive another booking for the missed time or a bigger refund Like they originally promised me. This trip was a total waste of my money.

James was and continues to be an amazing host. This is my second time renting a car from him through Turo and each time the car came as advertised. He handled every problem I had in a timely manner and made provisions for the car to also get cleaned. I thoroughly enjoyed his customer service and attention to detail. I recommend renting from James.
