They were nice people and I kept my reservation because of time but I was given pickup instructions so I arrived just 45 mins-1 hour earlier than scheduled pickup (they told me it was ready) and the car was not clean from the previous trip.

The car had a lot of scrapes and nicks so I was skeptical the day i drove it because i don’t want any of the previous damage to fall on me. I took thorough pictures to make sure i had everything documented. The car didn’t have windshield wiper fluid and the brakes were grinding
