Filthy and half tank of gas
Hi Phillip, sorry to hear this. There was a mix-up where another guest picked up the wrong Jeep, which threw off our prep window. That's on us to prevent and I've addressed it with my local team. On fuel, Turo's policy matches the return level to what was provided at pickup.

The best customer service I’ve experienced with Turo! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Abdullah was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout this trip. The Jeep was amazing; it rode smoothly, and I will definitely be booking again!
