Jamel was a great host. We had a mechanical issue with the vehicle but my wife and I made it to our destination. Jamel was more concerned with our safety than anything and that says so much about his character. This is why I’m giving him 5 stars. I would absolutely use him again. Thank you Jamel for your above and beyond service and willingness to address all possible options to make our trip comfortable.

The host was very nice and responsive. Car was easy to find in the lot.
The host stated that airport parking fee would be no more than $20 and it was $30. The car was parked there 10 hours before our scheduled arrival according to the ticket.
Car got us from point A to point B, but needs maintenance. Front headlights don’t work and windshield wipers need to be replaced. Sounds like one of the back tires has a knot or something.

The car is in good running condition, and the host is very nice and attentive. The car has an old muggy smell and not visible wear and tear. One big problem is the seat belt piece you snap into is missing on the right hand rear seat. That was a little frustrating. Overall 7/10
