Airport p/u location was great, truck was clean, well maintained and good on gas. Host was responsive, and followed through in addressing concerns. I will be renting from her again!

No instructions at beginning of trip, car wasn’t on full tank.
Hi LaShaunna 👋🏼 for future reference, you have to read the instructions on the details app in Turo—not by messaging your host alone. You did explain that this was your first time traveling to the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and had a hard time finding your way to the parking deck. The airport staff is always more than happy to help. My driver did tell me that the tank was full, but if that wasn’t the case, my sincerest apologies! Safe travels back 😀
