We want all our guests to be 100% satisfied with our vehicles. That makes it more likely for you to rent from us again. 1. REQUIRED: Must provide proof of valid driver's license before drop-off/keyless access. 2. RESERVATIONS: Only listed drivers are allowed to operate the vehicle. Renters are responsible for any damages or violations while operating the vehicle. 3. No smoking 🚭 or pets allowed in the vehicle! Thank you in advance! 😊 4. A cleaning fee will be added if there are signs of smoke or pet hair or excessive staining or dirt (min. $250 fee will apply). **This ensures that the interior stays fresh and clean for every guest. Thank you in advance! 😉 5. Maintenance cleaning fee - Please return the vehicle in the same condition as received: cleaned and vacuumed to insure it is ready for the next guest (min. $75 fee will apply). 🚨 For your convenience, you may also add post-trip cleaning ahead of time for $75 to avoid the hassle of cleaning the car after your trip! (Will be requested at the end of your reservation as an extra fee/charge!) 6. Heavy Duty Cleaning Fee - For any food/stains/spills/liquid markings that are found left in the vehicle (min $250) 7. Curb Rash Fee - (min $150 per rim) This fee is for ANY damages to our rims while driving (please avoid curbs/sidewalks/concrete medians) 8. Any tickets, tolls, or violations will be charged to each guest accordingly. **Please notify me or pay immediately; thank you! 9. Please do not leave the vehicle unattended! 10. NEED AN EXTRA DAY? Please extend your reservation through Turo and keep in mind late returns will result in an automatic late fee. 🚨 For your safety! Please do not drink and get behind the wheel!

• Are pets allowed in the vehicle?

  No, pets are not permitted in the vehicle. We have a 100% pet free fleet. If evidence of a pet or pet hair is found in the vehicle, then you will be charged the maximum cleaning fee of $250.

• Can I extend my rental if I need to keep the vehicle longer than initial reservation details?

  Yes, however the extension must be perform/requested before the trip ends.

• Do I need to refill the gas tank before I return the rental?

  Yes. It is recommended to please return the vehicle back with the same fuel level as you received it. If you do not, then an additional Gas Service Fee will be applied to the trip. Thanks for you assistance.

• Can I smoke in the vehicle?

  No, no smoking of any kind is permitted in the vehicle. We have a 100% smoke free fleet. If evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle, then you will be charged the maximum cleaning fee of $250.

• Will a fee be assessed to my trip if I am late?

  Yes. We provide you a 30 minute grace period. Once the trip has exceeded the grace period, then Turo charges a late fee. Please be on time as we may have other travelers that may be in need of the same vehicle. Thanks for your assistance:)

• What if, I go over the milage?

  If you were to go over the mileage included in your trip, there will be a extra charge per additional mile. You can add “unlimited milage” to your trip for a one time charge before finalizing your booking.

• What happens when accident occurs

  Render aid, contact me asap with information on accident and copies of insurance of those involved for repairs to vehicle

• Can an additional driver be placed on my rental/trip?

  Yes, but the additional driver has to have an active Turo account and he/she must be added to the reservation prior to picking up the vehicle. All parties that intend to operate/drive the vehicle must be present at the time of pickup. An individual(s) that is not listed on the reservation is considered an UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER(S).

• What if customer incurs unpaid fees and unpaid tolls and parking fees.

  Host will send copy of bill via text and submit to Turo if customer refuses to pay fees incurred. There will also be a $100.00 processing fee charged along with the outstanding fees.
