I rented this Jeep Cherokee from April 8 to April 11 and want to share an honest review so future renters are fully aware of what to expect.
When I picked up the vehicle, the condition was concerning. The car had visible dents, bumper damage, and a cracked rim. Based on what I saw, it also appeared the vehicle may have been in a previous accident.
Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The interior and exterior were not properly cleaned. The windows were dirty, which made visibility difficult while driving. There were strong odors throughout the trip, including smoke and a wet dog smell, which made the experience uncomfortable. The trunk was also very dirty at pickup and affected where I could place my belongings.
There were also issues with the air conditioning at the beginning of the trip and an unpleasant odor coming through the vents.
I will say the car does drive well and that is the one positive of the experience.
I am sharing this so future renters have full transparency before booking. People deserve to know the true condition of a vehicle before they get into it. There should always be care, cleanliness, and honesty so expectations are clear from the start.
