Car had electrical malfunctioning and although the host agreed to pick up the car early at a different location of my choosing but still charged me for the entire trip.

After your trip, we found that a faulty door sensor occasionally caused the vehicle to detect the door as open, triggering the locks and interior lights. We immediately replaced the sensor, and the vehicle now has no issues. We apologize for this unexpected inconvenience.
You asked to end your trip early due to this issue, which we accepted, but you continued using the vehicle. We would be happy to host you again.
