This was my first time using Turo, and the experience was very user-friendly. I had an issue with the AC in the original car, but after calling Turo support, they had another vehicle ready for me within the hour. Great customer service and a smooth process overall.
Unfortunately, we experienced a small issue with the vehicle. However, we immediately assigned you one of our other vehicles instead. We are extremely happy that we were able to assist you promptly and keep you satisfied with a quick solution.
I would also like to inform you that the issue with the original vehicle has already been resolved quickly, and the vehicle is once again ready to serve our valued guests.
