I was a little disappointed, didn’t get the call originally had ordered and booked. Due to travel time wasn’t made aware of issue until we had arrived at airport otherwise it was fine.
We informed you 8 hours before your trip that your booked vehicle was returned damaged by the previous guest. We offered a full refund or a replacement vehicle, and you chose the replacement. Situations like this are beyond our control. If a vehicle you returned came back damaged and affected the next guest, would a 3-star review be fair? We did everything possible to accommodate your trip, so we believe this review is unfair.
