The engine was in horrible shape. Broke down in the middle of the highway one hour into a 3 day trip. forced me to spend the night in the car because I was in the middle of no where , spend $200 on a tow truck, and delay the start of my vacation by 16 hrs, when I had no time to spare.

Car is messed up and makes a lot of noise and the seats are very dirty prob worst turn car ever.

I was ripped off . The car broke down on me . A mechanic came out to fix the car he had the wrong part. I had to help push the car from the gas pump and catch a urber home .
Unfortunately, since a car is a mechanical machine, things can sometimes break down at unexpected times. To avoid inconveniencing you, we sent a mobile mechanic, but even though we provided the vehicle’s VIN number, Advance Auto gave us the wrong part. Unfortunately, we can’t control or double-check everything in situations like this. It’s really disappointing that our efforts to resolve the issue you experienced are not being recognized!
