The car was bad quality. There were multiple issues with cat tires, windshield wipers, etc,

All four tires were brand new at the start of your trip, as documented in the trip photos. The damage indicates the vehicle struck an object, causing the tire failure and affecting the alignment. These conditions were not present when the vehicle was provided to you. Given the documented pre-trip condition, it would not be accurate to attribute these issues to the quality or maintenance of the vehicle.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with Turo if not the best! Clean car! Everything worked great on gas forsure! Next time I come I will look for this company!

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience. Car has alternator issues, although they did offer another vehicle after I was already an hour away, the reviews showed I was better off with this one. Not only that when I mentioned issue with the other vehicle the host stopped responding for a couple hours. Unfortunately,

The location was ok. Just wasn’t informed that we had to go to the pick up Location for the shuttle. The only issue I had was with the breaks
