Poor communication, car was dirty, not full on gas an smelled strongly of weed.

Nikki, I respectfully dispute this review. The vehicle was delivered with a full tank of fuel, communication was provided throughout the reservation & the vehicle was cleaned & inspected before delivery. Neither I nor my team detected any marijuana odor. Several claims made here do not match the documented facts of the trip. Our reviews across this vehicle & the entire LJ Elite Services fleet consistently reflect our commitment to cleanliness, communication, & service. Trip was only 14 miles!!😭
