Alex is truly great with responding and everything with the rental was exceptional from pickup to drop off supper clean vehicle. I will be renting from him again definitely.

This was probably the most upsetting experience I've had with Turo. The guy dropping off the truck was late, had me waiting in a hotel parking lot for over 20 mins although my pickup time was scheduled 90 mins earlier to arrival time. He was clearly not the host which was fine but offered no help after having me walk across the lot with bags of items. When I got in the truck, it smelled like cigarette smoke and I was literally picking up teenage girls within the hour, 2 of which were asthmatic. In addition to that, the truck has food spilled along the sides of the seats. Ashes on the middle console and other areas. I had to rush to a store to buy products to not just clean it but try to mask the smell. I messaged the host and literally no response, crickets. This host need to do better
