The vehicle is NOT in the Best Shape to be a rental. The Back Tires are SKIDS less than 50 percent tread present. Brakes are spongy and vehicle doesn’t stop well, Oil needed changing soon per vehicle request. Lags upon acceleration and engine makes noise past 65mph sometimes.
The FEMALE HOSTESS has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Very Curt and Dry and acted as if I was a bother to her every time we had an interaction.
Upon pick up she was late dropping off the vehicle. We waited about 20 minutes after getting luggage which was late being loaded. When she arrived handed me the keys and started walking away as I was attempting to ask questions about the rental vehicle.
As I do not personally drive this type of vehicle, I have an Audi Q5 so I had questions. Do’s and Don’ts, lift gate button and opening gas cap area and type etc. My past TURO experience MAY 2026 in the AtL were exceptional but was booked. Be safe and good luck driving this here baby!

The claims in this review are simply NOT TRUE!!It’s unfortunate that you chose to leave a review based on frustration rather than the actual vehicle or service.
