The communication was ok at first I was scheduled to pick the car up at 10:30am I was trying to get it earlier but couldn’t which was find I came at my pick up time and communication was then cut off for over and hour . No keys in the car finally got in touch with the owner he wasn’t home yet from out of town we agreed I would get it at 12:30 with a extra 2 hours for the inconvenience which was fine . I went to pick the car up and the car wasn’t cleaned , the outside was dirty the inside was sticky , had chocolate and ice cream sticks and paper in the cup holder . I was renting it for my son prom and literally had no time to get this right . I had to rush to the car wash pay to get it washed and clean it . My son ended up missing his photo shoot that I paid $130 for and none refundable. So I lost money on the car wash and the photo shoot. I honestly like the truck I just wish I was compensated my money back at least for doing the car wash no one should have to receive a car that’s dirty that they are renting . That is my only complaint with this rental . Would I rent again yes just pray next time it’s cleaned properly.

The Tahoe is a nice. It’s stylish and rides good. Last minute trip and he was very nice and accommodating.

Nico was a great host, very responsive, and courteous. The vehicle was clean and accommodated my family very well. I would definitely rent again.
