Pickup and drop off were smooth. Other than that it wasn’t my best turo experience. Per the host, a previous guest had an accident in the vehicle causing them to have to put it in the shop for repairs. So for my trip, we ended up with a two toned vehicle differing from the listed images. Things happen and I understand that, but the host waited until it was nearly time for me to pick up the vehicle to let me know about this issue so I had literally no time to make other arrangements. I made this booking in advance so I would have appreciated being alerted of that ahead of time or something. At the start of the trip, the truck had a lot of ants on the passenger side. We alerted the host, but he took a good while to respond. It was early morning at that time so we just bought bug spray ourselves and handled that and continued on our trip. Overall, not a bad truck, just the circumstances and communication.
