I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience! I originally booked the car Friday for a weekend trip through Sunday, but ended up unexpectedly needing to extend my reservation. From the very beginning of the rental all the way through drop-off, the hosts were incredibly kind, gracious, communicative, and accommodating. When my plans changed, they made extending the reservation completely stress-free, which I appreciated more than they know.
The car itself was also great! It was clean, comfortable, drove incredibly smoothly, and I had absolutely no issues with it. It was the perfect car for getting around throughout the weekend and during the additional time I needed it.
Overall, I’m extremely glad I chose to book with them. Between how well the car drove and how pleasant and understanding the hosts were throughout the entire experience, I would absolutely rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a genuinely great Turo host. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! 🤍
