I honestly cannot say enough great things about this host. From start to finish, everything was seamless—his communication, directions, pricing, vehicle quality, and cleanliness were all absolutely excellent.
What really stood out, though, was how he handled a stressful situation I created. I accidentally locked the car and we couldn’t get it unlocked remotely, and I was at serious risk of missing my flight to see my mom. Without hesitation, he showed up in person to unlock the car for me. That level of care and urgency is something you don’t come across often.
On top of that, he was incredibly responsive always answered my calls and stayed calm and helpful the entire time, which made a huge difference in such a high-stress moment.
This wasn’t just good service, it was above and beyond in every way. If you’re considering booking with him, don’t think twice you will be in great hands. I would absolutely rent from him again!
