I am sorry you did not have a good experience. We aim to provide a great experience. I wished you would have messaged me about the seat, I couldn’t have told you how it works. Also you had my car towed to me with no explanation. There was broken glass in the back “trunk” area and the car was completely trashed. I wish you well and hope you have a better experience on your next rental.
