We truly enjoyed the car ride. The arrival was a little rocky with the direction from airport staff to get to where the car was parked. The car drove amazing, it was very clean. George responded quickly to questions and was present up the return in the parking lot. Would highly recommend renting from him.
Hello sorry you had that issue. I send out very detailed information for pickup and recommend only following those instructions. Airport staff have nothing to do with Turo so they might confuse a guest. Thank you for your business.

George was an excellent host! He was very communicative from start to finish, and his instructions for drop-off and pickup were clear and easy to follow.
