The pickup experience was nice. The car was ready and waiting for me to pick it up as soon as I got to the location, which was right next to a bus stop served by a route from College Park MARTA station which also stops at a hotel served by ATL SkyTrain.
A quick word of advice: budget more time than you think you'll need to recharge. I thought I'd need only 20 minutes to recharge it from 50% to 80%, but the charging speed quickly ramped down past the rated 55 kW. Thankfully, I had the time, but don't wait to recharge until the last minute - instead, find time to charge during your trip. (Also, to the last reviewer: you should have been aware that this is an electric car and should have done the research in advance to find out where to charge, which I did.)
This car is also fully-equipped with the Sun & Sound and Super Cruise packages. I especially enjoyed using the latter on highways - it was super useful as the highways here are a fair bit windier than what I'm used to. Having one-pedal drive available on tap rather than having to fiddle through menus is a huge plus as well. Finally, having a camera built into the rearview mirror makes it possible to view the rear even with a fully loaded trunk, which is another major plus.
The only thing I'd have preferred is if the owner was available in person at the pickup and drop-off location to walk me through the car's features and how and where to charge it. It would be especially useful for those who don't regularly drive EVs like I do.

I didn't know it was a chargeable car and there aren't many charging ports to charge the car. I reached out to the owner on several occasions and no response.
You picked the vehicle how it’s my fault you could have easily have switched the vehicle and you only hit me when it was time to return the vehicle and brought it back empty plus you returned it dirty with a wiper blade missing
